At SummerSlam, Lex did exactly what he was supposed to do. He beat Yokozuna. The music played. The balloons dropped. The locker room celebrated. It looked like the coronation of WWF’s next great American hero. There was only one problem… Lex Luger wasn’t the WWF Champion.
